9171. 9171. I'll check out my 16th on district. I copy. Came at Micro Center, 747 Bethel. Said they heard a female screaming and then saw a male on a bike circling the parking lot. A male, green mask, black hoodie, and khaki pants. He's on a green bike. Did have something in his pocket, but no weapons seen. I copy.
