East to the 912 with a pole at the Panda Express at 5350 Pacific Avenue. Asian male, 30 to 40s, wearing a black jacket and red pants, was slamming a long metal pole in the sidewalk, yelling in front of Deep Horizon, then walked into the Panda Express. Still alarmed with the pole.
