Car 102, do you want us to shut the EMR back down? Don't open that. Car 102, you shut down the EMR, you shut down all the elevators on this bank. Unless you can specifically shut down number 11, do not shut off the elevators again. I can shut down just 11 if you like. Yes, if you can isolate 11 and shut it down, that'd be good. But last time you shut down 10, 11, and 12. We did just 11.

Station 15 responding. Station 14 responding. Rescue 1C to Rescue 1A, cover the fire, read the bag. 102, go ahead. We're going to have an elevator rescue in a blind shaft. I'm going to need you to start me the other two rescues, the rescue chief and give me a TAC channel.
