41, child complaint, 1007-1007 Lodi Street, cross of Hickory and Douglas. Complaintant doesn't wish to be advised. He was a passerby and saw a child standing on the porch completely naked. Possibly a 6 or 7-year-old Black male. Didn't see any adults around at all. 2234. 441, copy. 654, no knife. Copy.
