14. Person wanted on the beat, 5342 Cumberland at Cabana Bar. Jimmy is the caller. Male, Black, 20-years-old, 5'5", 5 to 5'6", 130 pounds, was in the bar yesterday morning, damaged the patio furniture and threw something at the owner and made threats against him. He left before police arrived. Offender was just outside looking for cigarettes at the patio but walked to the corner when he noticed them. He appears to be unhoused and possibly has mental conditions and he talks to himself. They don't have an RD, so he might not be technically wanted.
