Got a lady calling for 127-09 Belair. Said that there's two occupants in a white van that are intoxicated, drinking in the vehicle. She said that the male fell, almost fell when he got out of the vehicle. There was a white male, unknown on the clothing. Couldn't see the person in the passenger seat. It's code 2, 0450. Copy.
