Check subjects at Bailey Hall, 988 South Brody. SOC says in the west side of Bailey Hall, two subjects walk up to a scooter, or walk up with a scooter. One was an unknown male in a gray coat, black backpack, and an unknown female in a black coat, black pants, yellow boots, and a pink suitcase, rummaging through the dumpsters with flashlights. Thinks possibly related to the subject with bolt cutters earlier in their backpack. 83, I can take 38 back.
