Bright-colored hoodie, blue cap, no weapons, drinking, dark. You've seen, this caller's waiting in apartment 615. Caller went in to grab his food from the lobby, and the two males were holding it and stole his order. And just so you're aware, we do have another call for disturbance. Same address, 100 South 19th Street, for the second floor parking garage. Caller Ronnie, stating a black male, 40s, white hoodie, gray jogging pants, possibly stuck in the garage, and is now mumbling and acting crazy. Unknown weapons, drinking, dark. Baker 52. Clear.
