Units in 7 and citywide, getting a person with a gun at Marquette and Racine. Racine and Marquette in the alley. Caller said the ECPD to recover his stolen silver 1988 Chevy Caprice from the alley. Says there are seven, several people, 10 male Blacks in the alley surrounded by the vehicle armed with guns. Caller's inside of a black Dodge Challenger. I have nothing further. 7 District, zone 6, radio clear. 763 Charlie, we're on the corner, throw it in the box. 763 Charlie, 10-4, thank you.
