1555 Washington Street East. 1555 Washington Street East. Dollar General. It's a black male, army green shirt, black shorts, was scaring customers outside the store. Caller wasn't sure what he was doing. Advised the male had been banned from the store for pulling an off out previously. It came through the security, so, but I don't have any available. 10-4 to hold.
