Gonna be at Whole Foods, 301 Manufacturers. 301 Manufacturers, between Velma and Middle River. Suspicious activity. Got a black male, dark blue pants and a shirt with dreads by the dumpsters at Whole Foods. They're wanting him trespassed, said he was aggravating customers and yelling at people, and now he's throwing garbage bags out into the parking lot.
