Raking ambulance, respond for a fall, 208 West 3rd Street and Henrietta. 208 West 3rd Street and Henrietta. It's going to be a 57-year-old male who had fallen out of his wheelchair. He did advise that he fell on top of his leg, amputation, incision, is bleeding. Time of 10 is 1840.
