1 Boy, report of 2310 activity, Palm Avenue over the northbound 5. There's been a male about 40 to 50 years of age with a black shirt that was throwing large boxes on freeway. The RP was able to miss a lot and did not see any other victims on the freeway. It has been a 1039, I'll send you the repeating.
