The suspect brandished the firearm after creating distance from the complainant on 27th Avenue.

So, um, was the complainant following the offender?

 Yeah, QSL, I was, you know, debriefing him as to what the offender made the at the time, but he says that after the complainant braked, the offender, like, braked hard right behind him on 836.

 The offender then went on his left and threw, it was a big van, like, merged his type of way into his lane.

 The complainant was like, he went back and then started following, uh, got into the window.

So, um, was the complainant following the offender? The complainant followed the suspect after the suspect aggressively merged into their lane.

 The complainant, he stated that the parent was he took a picture of TAC, but they pulled out a firearm after he's and the guy behind him braked as well.

 He didn't like how broadly he braked. Apparently, he couldn't pull over.

 They made an end to the meeting for a gas station, and then their vehicle just kept on going south on 27.
