3 Baker 45, I'll have you take a disturbance. 820 North 44th Street, 820 North 44th Street. Caller states three people are arguing and a female threw something at a car window and broke it. The broken window is on a blue SUV, no plates. It's been off eastbound on Cummings. Suspects are still on location. It'll be a black female, 20s to early 30s, wearing a green shirt, black pants, blue shorts. The other will be a black male, late 20s, early 30s, wearing a red t-shirt, light-colored shorts with a small child, no weapons, drinking or drug scene. 3 Baker 45.
