1323. Can I get you en route to this 80 at 88? It's going to be at Winfield Creek and Hugh Torrance. It's going to be in reference to two kids smoking marijuana and reaching their hand through a cracked window of a gray Toyota Camry. One's going to be a Black male, last seen wearing black clothing, no mask, or gloves. The other is going to be the same. Black male, all black clothing, about 18 years of age.
