Our caller's e-bike was stolen last Friday by a subject he believes he just saw in front of his location. It's a Hispanic male with a buzz cut, wearing a gray hat, black shirt with a red design on the back, and baggy jeans. Our caller's going to be waiting at 7-Eleven. En route. 5 en route. 1740.
