11-41, 11-45, back in 11-40 for your 43 ring. Advise to a serious traffic hazard, caller saying on Eastern Boulevard and Old Eastern Ave, caller saying an erratic driver drove up the curb for in front of their lane. The driver has since turned on to Old Eastern from Eastern Boulevard.
