District 15 in Sands, I'm pulling a robbery. A strong-arm committed by a White female, possibly homeless female with a blue scrubs. And, another one of USC. The boy has a black, white half-top, black pants, and a black belt with black clothing, went into the smoke shop. In the back, District 1 in Sands, I'm pulling a robbery with a strong-arm. 115th between Sands and Walnut. Start.
