43 Bravo copy, 52 Bravo to back, person down. 343 Bravo. 337 Central Avenue, 337 Central Ave. The complainant is calling from the MSC building. Advise that there's a male subject sleeping on the sidewalk. No weapons were seen. Rescue's going to be responding out. Complainant says the subject looks severely dehydrated.
