22-002 Linden, beat person. 22-002 Linden, investigate person. Female caller said a male's harassing a 13-year-old daughter and offering her narcotics. Says he's making gun gestures at her. No weapons are seen. Black male, dark complexion, last seen wearing all black with red Nikes. Caller says he wants to give the child hot and take her with him.
