1, Washington Avenue, area of the DMV. We took one call of a male who was yelling in the street, acting hostile. Caller said he then left behind the DMV. She was asking that he check the area. Black male, tan hoodie, dark colored do-rag and black shorts. She didn't see any weapons, but he did have his hand in his waistband, so just be careful. Area of the DMV in Washington.
