24, you're responding to 8918 Tidewater Drive at St. John's, Lutheran Church for a disorderly. It's going to be homeless people at the location. Children are on scene and parents don't want them to leave because of the subjects. It's going to be a Black male, 20 to 40, slim, blonde, curly hair, green sweater, black sweatpants. He's going to be on foot. He's at the front entrance of the building at 1509.
