Automatic fire alarm activation. Called in by the alarm company, 3rd floor, smoke and heat. Now have the residents on the line reporting no smoke, no fire, accidental activation. Again, fire alarm striking still alarm assignment, 299 Main Street on the 3rd floor. Caller originally came in from the alarm company reporting a smoke and heat alarm. Now I have the homeowners on the phone, confirming accidental. Timing is 1338.
