254, 271, copy, motor assist, roadway blocked. It's going to be on the Cloverleaf from West 287 Bypass southbound to get on North Interstate 35 near the Civic Center. Caller advised that there is a rock truck that is broken down in the lane of travel, and he's in an oversized load, unable to get around.
