I got a trespass in progress, started turning into a disturbance in progress. Argosy Apartments, 5304 R, as in Robert, apartment number 4. I'm in contact with Sean. He has a mark, last name unknown, white male, 45-year-old, unknown code 19, sent for weapons in the apartment, refusing to leave. They're becoming very verbal. Our caller, Sean, made a statement that officers have two minutes to get over here before he takes care of it himself. 5304 R, apartment 4.
