Check on Southwest 6th and South Walker. There's an older male trying to flag down passing vehicles with a pair of junk cables. White male, red shirt, blue jeans, using a walker. Caller party advised he's in the middle of the roadway, but his car is parked in the church, in the church parking lot. It's a gray Ford minivan.
