Send over to surgical care center, 2165 Mentor Avenue. Employee called saying that somebody is basically using their parking lot for a vehicle swap. She's concerned about it. The person, one vehicle leaves the other vehicle there in the morning and then at night comes back and swaps out the vehicle. She just thinks that the vehicle is still there and the person is not.
