208 Central. 208. 10-4, I got a suspicious, East Elmwood and Carberry Street. Caller states there's a whiskey fox wearing leggings and a red shirt with a baby stroller. They stated she was behind Newton's walking away from the town. They were unsure if there was a baby in the stroller, but she dropped a cigarette into the stroller.
