Take a disturbance, 526 South 36th Street. 526 South 36th Street, 2 David in apartment 4. Said he found his neighbor trying to break into his pickup truck in the parking lot. Suspect's a white male in his 20s, black hoodie, black shorts. When the caller confronted him, the suspect ran inside apartment number 1, said this is not the first time it's happened.
