Somerset Control reporting. Investigating some kind of electrical issue, possibly coming from a dock in Riverside Ave. The call was calling from 102 Warren Street. 102 Warren Street, call 901. She said she could see it from her back deck. A lot of electrical sparks. She also says there's a fire on the dock. She still sees some white in the area. Somerset 5, Somerset Sector 2.
