The male who left the needles came back and is now harassing staff. Caller was like to speak with officers in person. He's a white male with a black jacket, black pants, and Jordans. Caller was actively arguing with him on the 911 line and then disconnected. 6000 North, 2400 East. 325. 39, any unit? District 3, car trouble.
