2311, 2294, take the verbal disturbance, 622 Uptown Boulevard. 622 Uptown Boulevard at the Hooters. There's a female walking down the sidewalk. A male is following her in a maroon SUV. They seem to be arguing, headed towards Walmart. Female will be a Hispanic female in a black shirt and jeggings.
