12-15, 12-12, 12-10, 343, sending down theft from vehicle in progress. 675 Avondale Road, 675 Avondale Road, cross streets of the dead end and Avondale Road. 10-17, caller Ashley advises there is a black male in the juvenile wearing a black windbreaker with his hood up and a ski mask. He's wearing jeans and boots. He's breaking into cars. Time lapse three minutes ago. Besides the playground near the location, nothing further right now.
