I'm getting an injured animal, 10626 York Road. It's going to be at the Pet ER off of Hillside and Matthews. They're saying that an animal, neglect, was brought in, covered in feces and urine, and that the dog is always locked in a room, only checked on every three days. Black male, 40 years of age, white shirt, red pajama pants, 5'6", was locked. The animal is confined in the room at the Pet ER, and the owner is in the lobby. Do you want me to again hold it for the post car, or do you want 7-Eleven to start?
