5. I have a disorderly call from the 81 Franklin Street. We have Devon calling. He's standing by the WRPA bus stop at 1 Franklin. He says there's a male, black male, white sweater and Nike sneakers, harassing him at the bus stop. He's asking for money. He's like the male moving along.
