Informant calls from the station lobby saying female, Hispanic, 30, wearing a black shirt, white pants, being yelled at by a male, Hispanic, 30, wearing a green shirt, white pants during a child exchange. Informant's concerned will turn physical. DPs are standing near a red Toyota sedan. Male is yelling profanities at the female in front of the three children. It's TAC 147.
