Men Vandalized Waymo Car

Four riders are refusing to start the trip and were refusing to get out of the vehicle, and it was canceled due to noncompliance. Subjects then got out of the vehicle, jumped on the hood of the vehicle, and shattered the windshield, then continued to hit the vehicle.
