Engine 16, on a med call, 1114 South 4th Street, number 1109, cross of Oak and West St. Catharine, going on a 61-year-old male, chest pain and back pain, not alert. There is also a hazardous location for this. The CIT male previously barricaded EMS in the room, known to be anxious and combative with responders. I'm copying PD.
