Pennsylvania with a gun, 23 and St. Louis, 23 and St. Louis, this is outside the liquor store. Male, Hispanic, 30, 32, slim-build, was inside the store with a gun inside a black backpack. Caller claimed he saw the gun when he opened the backpack. Friend is wearing a hat, all black clothing, and is now standing outside.
