At the Kiwanis Waterpark, 500 South 13th Street, initially came in as a hang-up. On callback, reporting party advised of a female that is onsite threatening to hit kids at the waterpark. Is currently on the boardwalk. Described as a White female, 39-years-old, with red-blonde hair, wearing a sweater and leggings. Reporting party advised subject's name is Stacy, unknown last. Received the message.
