. 10-4, I have a 68. It's going to be at the racetrack, 3031 West Helen Hill Beach Boulevard. Made contact with Ebony. She's calling up as to a customer that's stating that he's losing his mind and he's lost. Advising he's coming outside. He's standing by in a black Honda Accord. The caller, the subject is going to be either a white male or Hispanic male wearing a black long t-shirt. I don't have anything further. Case number is 13612.
