Received. 2, I just got to check the welfare in the area of 54 Harley Drive. We had one of the residents in the apartment complex reporting a white male, about 6 feet tall, blue long-sleeved shirt and gray sweatpants. He's been standing in the middle of the roadway. First he was sitting in the middle of the road, then he's shadowboxing in the middle of the road. Caller just wanted him checked on.
