10-94 occurred at 1400 NC 66 South, near Sheetz. PR is in a black Nissan Versa. Advise a Hispanic male in a pink Honda sedan tried to use the same pump, number 13, that the PR wanted to use. The Hispanic male was wearing a gray shirt, black windbreaker, gold watch, and black jeans, possibly on 10-90. PR believes the Hispanic male has left, but PR would like to meet with an officer.
