Bike 17 and Bike 21. 17, 21. Can you guys get you at the area of Arts Landing, 809 Penn Avenue, between Tito Way and 9th Street. Caller asked five teenagers to leave. They're about 7 to 15 years old. They left, but they're throwing lawn chairs and damaging vehicles. No further information yet. Boat coming.
