114. And they just changed it to an assault. It occurred at Colorado Accounting, 1443 Colorado Boulevard. RP's advising that the female he's with tried to choke him and he would like to press charges. She's currently in the vehicle and he is outside of it. No weapons involved. He's saying he didn't touch her, but they both have been drinking.
