It's a black pickup truck that was swerving all over the road, last seen westbound on 38th Ave. Partial tag where it begins with 471. The driver, possibly code 2, is going to be a white male, 30 to 40 years old. He was seen at the Ale House prior to driving, and he also hit the curb and was speeding south on MLK before turning onto MLK. 38th Ave. Nothing further. 1849.
