That's advising. We're holding what appears to be a verbal domestic in North 21st and Holdridge, southbound. A witness called in seeing a 30-year-old Black female and a 30-year-old Black male being verbal with each other. The male was headed southbound. The female was riding her bike in the area, still yelling. We've only had one call about it.
