Units K-9, can I show you en route to 16164 Asbury Park? 16164 Asbury Park for the adult, Ed West. I have a custodian on location. He states that he just came out to his vehicle and there's damages to his door handle. He believes someone was trying to steal his vehicle. Per CCTV, I did see an individual next to his vehicle.
