Suspicious activity, well-being check at Food City, 4510 Highway 58, off of Inwood and Oak Hill. Caller advising a 2-year-old and a 12-year-old in a burgundy minivan, currently in a handicapped spot in front of the entrance. No car seat, and the 2-year-old is sitting in the 12-year-old's lap. Windows are tinted. Caller gave the tag of 141 Bravo Lima Sierra Zulu.
